As design partners of Avesha, which provides a platform to build an autonomous infrastructure to easily scale cloud applications, we were involved in all initial brainstorming to understand their products better.
Lollypop initiated interactions with global heads at Avesha to understand their ecosystem. We conducted a thorough desk research of the market, their competitors, and their USPs. We utilized our desk research learnings in the design thinking workshop with Avesha’s stakeholders. During this workshop, we focused on how our design direction would shape up. Active participation and support from all of us led to a successful documentation of the discovery insights, all mutually agreed by the business. These discovery findings then guide our design direction as we progress along the project.
Post the discovery phase, our team defined our strategy ahead for the engagement. We began to define the sitemap architecture, which will be our reference in building the overall structure of the website. Parallely, the team started with the moodboarding exercise to decide the visual look and feel of the site. We ensured our strategic way forward was specific, achievable, realistic and time bound. After finalizing the information architecture and user journeys, our team started working on the wireframes.
Cloud application developers need to be familiar with different aspects of the design process. These aspects include user interface for designing cloud application and how users use it effectively in real life situations. Flexible layouts allow users to customize the experience to their needs.
Our engagement with Avesha has been a very rewarding experience for us as well as we designed keeping the US market and their needs and cultures in mind. Design varies from region to region and this engagement gave us a good glimpse into the US market.
