Infakt is an education-focused brand born from a deep understanding of the disconnect between conventional learning methods and the real-world challenges students face today. Inspired by the founder’s personal experience—shifting from traditional education to a more holistic, application-based system—Infakt is on a mission to create a learning environment that fosters critical thinking, curiosity, and real-world problem-solving.
Rooted in the wisdom passed down from the founder’s mother, who emphasized the importance of going beyond textbooks to connect with the world outside, Infakt champions education that prepares students for life, not just exams.
Our task was to translate this vision into a brand identity that reflects Infakt’s core purpose: bridging the gap between academic knowledge and its real-world application. The result is a brand that feels modern, inspiring, and deeply connected to the idea of learning as a tool for navigating and thriving in an ever-evolving world.
Crafting Infakt’s brand identity came with its own set of unique challenges. The key was striking a delicate balance—positioning the brand as a trusted mentor and companion while ensuring it remained approachable, friendly, and supportive, never appearing authoritarian or intimidating. We had to carefully avoid creating a tone that felt like an overbearing teacher or a controlling figure, instead focusing on building a brand personality that students and parents could see as a guide and ally.
Another layer of complexity lay in visually communicating Infakt’s core USP: bridging the gap between traditional education and real-world relevance. Our task was to highlight the brand’s mission to inspire critical thinking and application-based learning—not just through words but through every design element, visual metaphor, and concept we developed.
Throughout the process, we remained committed to positioning Infakt not just as an educational service, but as a forward-thinking platform driving a shift toward a more meaningful and effective education system. Every design choice was made to reflect this vision, from color palettes and typography to tone of voice and brand collateral.
To kickstart the project, we conducted an in-depth discovery workshop at the client’s office, where we immersed ourselves fully in understanding Infakt’s vision, product, and long-term goals. Traveling to the client’s location allowed us to engage directly with key stakeholders, enabling richer conversations and deeper insights. Together, we mapped out the brand’s core purpose, defined the brand persona, and identified both the primary and secondary target audiences. Through collaborative brainstorming and mind-mapping sessions, we explored the brand’s ecosystem—covering everything from the user journey to the marketing strategy and brand positioning. This session laid the foundation for crafting a brand identity aligned with Infakt’s mission to reshape the education landscape.

From a user perspective, the website needed to provide a clear introduction to Infakt’s learning approach, help visitors understand its offerings, and make it easy for them to explore the platform further.
For the business, the website served as an important entry point for schools, teachers, students, and parents to engage with the platform. A key objective was to generate qualified leads through demo bookings while building credibility around Infakt’s methodology and educational philosophy.
In the short term, the focus was on improving existing user journeys, clarifying messaging, and highlighting Infakt’s unique approach to applied learning and cognitive skill development. Looking ahead, the website also needed to support the broader ecosystem Infakt aims to build—featuring elements such as personalized learning modules, teacher resources, AI-assisted insights, and tools that connect classroom learning with real-world knowledge.

Clearer user journeys, improved content hierarchy, and a focused call to action help visitors better understand Infakt’s offerings while making it easier for schools, teachers, and parents to engage with the platform.
