We are seeking a talented Videographer & Editor to join our team and elevate our visual storytelling across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our video content, responsible for the end-to-end production of impactful narratives for a diverse range of brands.
This is a hands-on position designed for a professional who is equally comfortable behind the lens and at the editing desk. You will manage everything from client shoots and multi-location coverage to post-production and motion graphics, ensuring every frame aligns with our high standards of quality and branding.

Technical Handling: Operate professional camera systems (Canon preferred), lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
Shoot Execution: Lead the planning and filming of reels, interviews, brand culture videos, product showcases, and event coverage.
Client Management: Direct on-site shoots for clients and brands, maintaining a high level of professionalism and production value.
Aerial Cinematography: Utilize drones to capture compelling aerial perspectives (a significant advantage).
Editing: Craft seamless narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Visual FX: Design custom animations and motion graphics to enhance the storytelling process.
Technical Refinement: Execute precise color grading, sound design, and captioning.
Asset Management: Systematically organize raw footage and final project files for efficient multi-brand workflows.
Generative Video: Produce cutting-edge ads and visual content using AI tools like Runway, Pika, or Sora.
Workflow Optimization: Leverage AI for automated editing, visual enhancement, and faster production cycles.
Creative Experimentation: Pioneer new AI-led storytelling formats to keep brand content ahead of digital trends.
Campaign Integration: Partner with the marketing team to conceptualize video strategies for social media and web platforms.
Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of social media formats (Reels, TikToks, etc.) and cultural trends to ensure content remains relevant.
Travel: Travel to various cities to capture events, office culture, and on-ground brand stories.
Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, motion design, and professional production environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
Deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding principles, and aesthetic composition.
Must-Have: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, etc.) for video generation and enhancement.
Ability to integrate AI into traditional workflows to create innovative, high-performing content.
Confident Communicator: Outspoken and proactive in sharing creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Multitasker: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Storyteller: A passion for creating visually stunning content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Licensed or experienced drone operator.
Knowledge of professional photography and high-end image editing.
