Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will drive outbound and inbound sales efforts for Lollypop’s design and technology services. This is a consultative, high-ownership role focused on building relationships, understanding client needs, and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.

You will work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to build a strong pipeline, refine sales messaging, and expand Lollypop’s presence in the Middle East and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Sales Execution

  • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities through timely follow-ups and consultative discussions.

  • Drive outbound sales efforts, including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, follow-up calls, and referrals.

  • Execute outsourced and outbound sales strategies across defined target markets.

  • Conduct presentations and proposals to drive interest and conversions.

Lead Generation, Networking & Market Presence

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients across the UAE and MENA.

  • Map organizations to identify key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Conduct in-depth research on client needs, challenges, and business context.

  • Build and maintain a structured database of prospects and decision-makers.

  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads generated through outreach, referrals, and networking.

  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, conferences, and meetups to represent Lollypop, generate leads, and build visibility.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Lead conversations with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders.

  • Negotiate and close contracts with a focus on long-term value.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through ongoing engagement.

Sales, Marketing & Growth Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales messaging and positioning.

  • Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, partnerships, and outbound programs.

  • Provide on-ground market feedback to improve targeting, content, and outreach strategies.

  • Contribute insights to sales and marketing materials, case studies, and pitch decks when required.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

  • Share feedback and insights to refine service offerings, sales strategy, and messaging.

  • Stay informed about design, technology, and digital transformation trends.

  • Support the creation of sales and marketing collateral when required.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and manage all sales activities using CRM tools.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline progress, and conversions.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights.

  • Analyze data to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.

Who You Are

  • Currently based in Dubai.

  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus, but not mandatory.

  • Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Comfortable with cold outreach, outbound targets, and follow-ups.

  • Curious about technology, design, and digital transformation.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with teams.

  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations, prospects, and priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in design services, technology services, SaaS, or digital consulting.

  • Strong understanding of the digital and technology landscape.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize sales efforts.

  • Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling UI/UX design, software development, or digital services.

  • Prior exposure to consultative or solution-based selling.

  • Existing network in startups, enterprises, or regional businesses.

  • Experience working with international clients or global markets.
