Job Introduction

You are required to conceptualize and craft designs and animations for the marketing team to support their efforts. You will collaborate with the internal creative and management teams to ensure high-quality output.

Your Mission

• Design, create, and manage illustrations and animations for all digital channels.
• Maintain strong aesthetics and oversee the design process.
• Proactively recommend creative communications, from initial design concepts to sampling.
• Collaborate and work alongside the creative team.
• Ensure quality control on all design and animation pieces.

Superpowers You Will Need

Experience & Expertise

• 1 – 3 years of experience in design and animation.
• Expert in video creation using After Effects.
• Excellent in illustration and digital design.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software, including but not limited to:
  • Mac, Adobe Creative Suite
  • InDesign, Photoshop
  • Motion Graphics and other relevant tools

Design & Production Skills

• Strong knowledge of the graphics production process.
• Exceptional conceptual skills, with a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography.
• Ability to provide diverse design solutions and creative ideas.
• Proficiency in additional editing software like Premiere Pro, Audition, etc., is a plus.

Soft Skills & Additional Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment.
• Knowledge of creating explainer videos and character animation is a big plus.
• 3D knowledge is not mandatory but will be considered an added advantage.
