Job Introduction

Lollypop is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and data driven person to join our team as a Business Analyst. Our dream candidate would be an assertive, detail-oriented self-starter who has 3+ years of experience managing dynamic projects and can work effectively in highly collaborative, agile settings. As Business Analyst, you will work directly with our design, development and Sales teams to manage the discovery, analysis and documentation of requirements for a portfolio of projects.

 

Your Mission

  • Understand, analyze and evaluate all aspects of Lollypop’s services, effectively complete the process of discovery, requirement gathering and documentation of business specifications for projects as assigned
  • Documentation of formal requirements, use cases, user stories, user journey which ensure that the solutions proposed are fit for purpose, meet business needs and are operationally sustainable.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate high-level ideas and information into a general understanding that can be documented and understood by all team members.
  • Gather market intelligence to drive best-in-class business processes (Competitor research, exploring external vendor solutions, benchmarking practices)
  • Provide senior management and client stakeholders with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status.

  • Foster a team dynamic that is motivated to improve the customer experience and key performance indicators
  • Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development
  • Upsell / cross-sell Lollypop’s offerings wherever applicable

 

Superpowers You Will Need

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product management, or project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Great communication skills; the ability to clearly explain design decisions and process to stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to intelligently articulate problems and solutions
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Ability to identify a problem, execute a solution, and escalate if necessary
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
