Job Introduction

You should analyze tasks, and user journeys and provide workflows, interactions, and wireframes.

Your Mission

• In-depth understanding of clients and users
• Apply strategic design thinking to real-world problems
• An eye for usability, minimalism, and simplicity
• Analyze ‘what’ and not “how” the user does it.
• Create wireframe specifications with interaction flows.
• A designer with a holistic approach to design, who is able to draw on key insights from different parts of an organization.

Superpowers You Will Need

• 6 months – 1 year of experience.
• Well aware of UX approaches and methodologies – research, interviews, personas, task analysis, sitemap, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Create wireframe specifications with interaction flows.
• Apply strategic design thinking to real-world problems.
• A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions.
• An eye for usability, minimalism, and simplicity.
• Perceptiveness about information, alignment, and the visual weight of Ul elements.
• Lateral thinking with an appreciation for minimal usable design.
• Sense of humor & lots of it.
