Event format
An offline 2-day event held onSeptember 20–21, 2025 at Holiday Inn – 18E Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Each team will have 24 hours to ideate, research, and design solutions based on the design brief provided by the organizers — all to compete for the top prize.

Note: Due to a limited number of participant slots, the organizers will prioritize selecting candidates based on their suitability and registration timing. Therefore, it is recommended to register as early as possible.

Is it an Online or Offline Event?
Designathon 2025 is an Offline event organized at Holiday Inn – 18E Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City.
What are the participation conditions?
Participants must be Freshers or Junior Designers with less than 2 years of professional experience or current students at universities, colleges, institutes, or training centers across Vietnam.
Can I participate if I don't live in Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes, Lollypop welcomes students and designers from all regions across the country to participate. However, we are unable to cover travel costs, so you will need to arrange and pay for your own travel expenses to attend.
Do I have to pay to participate in the event?
No, the Designathon 2025 is completely FREE for everyone.
Will the organizers provide food and sleeping accommodations for contestants during Designathon 2025?
We ensure adequate food and beverages, including late-night snacks, for all contestants throughout the event. However, due to the 24-hour nature of the design competition, we cannot offer separate sleeping accommodations. If you feel tired, you can rest on the spot to regain energy.
What is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline for Designathon 2025 is August 18th, 2025. However, the organizers reserve the right to close the registration form earlier than the stated deadline if they receive a sufficient number of qualified contestants.
Can I form my own team?
No, you are required to register as an individual participant and will be allocated to the team by the Organizer before the event date.
What do I need to bring to the event?
You need to bring your ID Card, laptop, and Charger. Wifi connection or other items (Pencils, Erasers, Notes,...) are already well-prepared by us!
What are the prizes awarded to the winning teams at Designathon?
The champion and runner-up teams of Designathon 2025 will receive a total prize value of up to 30 Million VND in cash, 1-1 Mentoring with Lollypop’s Leaders, Gift Set (Limited Edition) & Certificate issued by Lollypop.
