Lollypop is seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote the company’s brand and services. In this role, you will be optimising the marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.


Your Mission

  • Evaluating and optimising marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Managing the marketing department’s staff.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.


Superpowers You Will Need

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Quirky/Witty writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficient in the English Language.
  • Write marketing content for various media, including magazines, websites, blogs, and social networking websites.
  • Great listening skills, creative, energetic & organised.
  • Work along with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • A people person who knows how to get people involved & motivate them to collaborate in marketing discussions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
