Job description

As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for managing/growing the Branding and Identity team comprising graphic designers and delivering relevant projects. Leading a team of graphic designers and brand experts, the Associate Creative Director will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business acumen to the role, promoting our company. We’re looking for an experienced manager of people, someone who can inspire others while taking our creative output to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.

Your Mission

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing the creative strategy to convey the message or story to the intended audience. This includes conceptualizing ideas and visual elements, and determining the best way to execute them.
  • Will be responsible for hiring Branding talent as and when required.
  • You will manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Delivering Brand and Identity projects by collaborating with the team and interfacing with clients. Understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that the creative direction aligns with their goals.
  • Will support sales by attending sales calls, estimation, POC, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate these into the creative work.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the creative work, and make adjustments as needed to achieve better results.
